Account Manager

Position Summary

Join our account service team! This individual will work closely with all agency personnel in planning, analyzing, and maintaining client accounts while also communicating directly with clients, as directed by the Account Executive.

The Moran Group includes a variety of advertising professionals passionate about the automotive world. We have been in business for nearly 40 years as a fully integrated ad agency creating partnerships with our clients. We handle everything from digital to traditional advertising, including media buying, production, digital campaigns all under one roof.

Essential Duties
  • Coordination with agency members to plan and implement integrated campaigns including TV, radio, print, online video, digital, etc…
  • Managing broadcast projects (television, radio, online video, etc..) & online projects (banners, email, social, etc..)
  • Work with internal departments to implement & manage projects
  • Daily client communication on assigned accounts
  • Preparing meeting material for assigned accounts
  • Fact-checking for accuracy on all production assets and coordinating with the client for approval
  • Managing client budgets
  • Attending meetings & distributing/managing any action items
  • Reviewing, analyzing & communicating traditional and digital media results, sales, optimizations, etc…and oftentimes presenting via online meetings
  • Competitive research as requested
Skills desired
  • Prior agency and/or account management experience is a huge plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise & accurate messages through written & verbal instructions
  • Time & Project management to work on multiple projects at once while managing deadlines, stress, and pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Organization skills for both long & short-term deadlines
  • Ability to balance client expectations & project constraints
  • Ability to understand and track budgets
  • Traditional media Knowledge
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight
  • Digital media background (SEM, display, etc.) is beneficial
  • Experience with Google documents & Asana is a plus
