Performance Marketing Coordinator (Google/Microsoft)

New Orleans, LA

Location: New Orleans. In office 3 days per week.

Want to gain experience in advertising quickly? The Performance Marketing Coordinator works with our Performance Marketing team to add value for our clients and keep internal processes running efficiently. The Performance Marketing Coordinator will receive training on Google and Microsoft platforms and from every area in the agency (Accounts Service, Sales, Digital Media, Performance Marketing, Web Content, Creative, and Accounting).  This position reports to the Performance Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities include:
  • Competitor research
  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Account planning
  • Advertising performance analysis
  • Account (Google and Microsoft) audits
  • Quarterly blog posts
  • Assisting Performance Marketing team in various responsibilities
  • Preparing client reports
  • An eagerness for continuous learning
  • Attention to detail (must be very detail-oriented)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eagerness to generate ideas and work in a team environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Email)
  • Organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ownership of tasks and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
  • Two years of experience at an advertising agency is preferred but not required
  • Experience in Google Ads is preferred but not required
