Marketing Coordinator / Assistant

Our growing, top-rated ad agency is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Marketing Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Vice President of Digital and across different teams and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Researching new vendors and marketing products
  • Assist in building marketing presentations
  • Coordinating the internal marketing committee
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Prioritize daily tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage daily calendars
  • Work with the Billing Department to coordinate reports and documents

Qualifications and skills:

  • Associate Degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years experience in Executive Assistant or Marketing Coordinator role preferred but not required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
