Digital Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time
Hybrid, Based in New Orleans, LA

*This is a full-time hybrid (in-office / remote) position in New Orleans, LA.

Want to gain experience in advertising quickly? The Digital Marketing Coordinator works with many teams to add value for our clients and keep internal processes running efficiently. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will receive training from every area in the agency (Account Service, Sales, Digital Media, Performance Marketing, Web Content, Creative, and Accounting). This position reports to the Agency COO and our Director of Digital Media.

Responsibilities include:
  • Attend product overview meetings with digital media vendors
  • Assist with the creation of sales presentations
  • Create and distribute monthly reports
  • Take and distribute notes as needed
  • Digital marketing campaign audits and checks
  • Competitor research
  • Write and schedule 5 blogs throughout the year
  • Social media and website assistance
Qualifications:
  • An eagerness for continuous learning
  • Attention to detail (must be very detail-oriented)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eagerness to generate ideas and work in a team environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Email)
  • Organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ownership of tasks and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • 2 years of experience at an advertising agency is preferred but not required
