We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer for an immediate position. This position will report directly to the Media Director.

Job description

  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Prepare schedules and I/O and adjust as needed
  • Be able to work with new platforms and channels
  • Assist with electronic invoice reconciliation
  • Prepare post-buy analysis as needed
  • Assist with new market research
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners

Requirements:

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in an agency setting as a Buyer
  • Have a track record for planning and executing successful broadcast & radio campaigns
  • Digital experience a plus.
  • Have the ability to analyze reports and make recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Strata and MS Office suite

We’re looking for a talented Digital Project Coordinator to plan and execute display, video, and facebook strategies and tactics for a group of clients.  This position will work with the Digital Media and Account Management departments to increase the online presence and ROI for our clients while keeping the agency and clients updated on campaign performance, targeting updates, etc. The right candidate will be both proactive and reactive with client accounts and will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Developer

Location: New Orleans, LA

The Moran Group is in search of a rockstar developer who has strong competency in PHP and JS. The position is located in our New Orleans office, located in the heart of the CBD.

Our small development team works closely with almost every other department of the agency so a collaborative attitude is a must have. The value that we provide takes many shapes; here are some examples:

    • Automation – Using software to make internal processes more efficient.

    • Products – We are in the process of enhancing a custom client-facing dashboard; our most ambitious project yet.

This position will provide SEM execution with specific responsibilities and experiences including:

  • Keyword and competitive research for paid search campaigns
  • Creation, implementation, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing paid search campaigns in Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Bing, and other search engines.
  • Analyzing and on-going optimization of bids, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize paid search effectiveness
  • Setting and managing expectations of client and internal teams
  • Forecasting new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams on projects with performance and budget goals
  • Advanced experience in working in and managing bid optimization platforms (Dart Search, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.)
  • Providing detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall search performance efficiency
